The way I see it, your selling a product, they can't buy cause they can't pay for astral, your paying real life money for the silk and then your getting money from it, in a sence it's buying gold but joymax gets profit from it and so do you in game. I don't see anything wrong with it.

I think people hate gold buyers because they are supporting gold botters..
I'm waiting in my cold cell, when the bell begins to chime.
Reflecting on my past life and it doesn't have much time.
'Cause at 5 o'clock they take me to the Gallows pole,
The sands of time for me are running low.
Can it be that there's some sort of error.
Hard to stop the surmounting terror.
Is it really the end, not some crazy dream.

This is different from buying gold, completely. And I think it's legal if the person who sells is really selling, not a scammer or such.
Why am I saying this ? Because it profits Joymax, you buy more silk, ain't it ? If you purchase ingame gold with real money, it hurts Joymax. So it became illegal. The big difference is there. And since you can't CCF now. =)
I say go for it.

A reason why SRO never improved, it came from our beloved SRO seniors.
Had given my account to my Guildmate, raising a new char.

lol I don't call this gold buying, it's like selling any other stone, except it cost the person selling it real life, it's no different, if your accused for buying gold cause your selling a silk stone, you might as well be accused for selling other stones, cause theres really no difference.

Yeah I guess there's nothing wrong with selling Astral, as long as you're not using the sale to try and scam someone. It's the buyer that has to be careful, but that can be said for any kind of sale.
I won't buy astral from anyone, except perhaps a close friend I've known for a while, but then I don't have any of those in SRO that buy silk themselves. I think some of my guild mates might possibly sell some to me, but I simply wouldn't feel right asking someone else to use their own real cash just to make my weapon better.

if it were me, i'd be VERY picky about who i sold astrals to. remember, if you sell an astral to a high lvl botted asshat, andhe later pwns you with his shiny new +9 or some such, you have no one to blame but yourself ;)

Thx IceCrash for my awesome sig :)

haha 1mil per astralxone buys though
that would be pretty cheap for 7th degree =]
on topic: yeah it's fine as long as you don't go running off with people's weapons i suppose.
<<banned from SRF for rules violations. -SG>>
I would say go for it. I was thinking of doing this myself but it gets kinda pricey when its close to $5 per 8d stone. Does that mean you would charge 5mil? I see nothing wrong with it.

SG, if someone bots they can afford to buy astrals for themself .. unless they're broke of course....
also....Everyone deserves a fair chance at a +9 don't they?
In a way it is, but the end result is different. You're still paying real cash to get in-game gold, but the cash is going to Joymax instead of going to the gold seller. Seems like a more legit way to buy gold.
