Help on Ice/Archer wat do i do??? should i be str or int??

I have been playing for todays and i have been reading other peoples post, i don't get what they a talking about. currently my archer is lvl 13 with 55str and 45 int I want to become a strong hunter any recommendations of what i should take up? maybe change my force power to fire or something? and what armor i should wear?

Is it possible for me to restart my stats? like my force power stats? if i can restart it where can i restart it and wat do i need to do?

hmmm, take off all your stuff stick it in storage, go to character screen, delete this char of yours, start a new one, this time add only ONE stat, either str or int, as for which element, ice = fun, fire = boring with ownage powers, also yes you can reset skills, but it will cost hmmm alot of money ( real ) 5 points = 2.8 $ U.S.D

and please fix up your grammar it's irritating
