Why max a mastery?

it seems that at lvl 69 you can get any/every skill for a certain mastery. what is the purpose of leveling a mastery to 80 then?

For every mastery level you get 1% increase in power.

Level 80 mastery gives 11% more damage than level 69 mastery.

anyways, it is better to learn more skills than maxing it out... because lvling from lvl 69 to... 74 is only a 5%, and it takes you out a lot of SP

Also dont forget u most likely wanna keep a low to 0 gap to lvl 80 cuz im sure someone doesnt wanna have to have a 11 gap at lvl 80, especially when u most likely dont want sp.

But like Sin said, mastery helps w/ overall damage as well.

Hell not even a 0 gap will be enough
