Does Weapon skill need to be SPed

MY ICE SKILL IS LVL 31 and my WEAPON SKILL IS LVL 36 does this effect my sp i gain?

yes it does... your highest mastery - your level = your gap
and higher gap makes you gain more sp per kill

Also, the maximum sp you can get per kill is at a mastery gap of 9.

so my mastery is at 36 and i'm lvl 40 my gap is -4? =P

its the other way around: your lvl minus your highest mastery = your gap.

how higher the gap the more sp you get the less xp you get =)
