Say you are in Jangan planning to stall in Donwhang and come back after stalling. Normally you will teleport there and back [cost: 2X5000 = 10k]. When you to it the method that I use, you will only need to spend 5500 the first time, and 5000 after that.
1. Buy a Orange cape [any color works but orange will make your life a lot simpler]
2. Set your ressurection point to Jangan
3. Teleport to DW and do your stalling.
4. When you are ready to go back to Jangan, put on your Orange cape and get killed on purpose.
5. Select ressurection by other players.
6. Restart the game, when you relogin into the server, you'll spawn back in Jangan.
Spots to get killed:
In Jangan - outside of South Gate
In Donwhang - outside of South Gate
In Hotan - no idea

Why not just create a second char that stays in dw or wherever to stall?
And besides, if you just finished stallling, shouldn't you actualy have money to pay for the teleport?
Luckily I got tons of return scrolls from the thanksgiving event, so I always used those, but I'm not really poor anymore and teleporting has never created a problem for me.
