i think i am going to buy 1 IF it is usefull but what it do to my weapon/armor?

It makes them (+1) - if its already then (+2) and so on, but the higher then number the less chance you have of succeeding to the next lvl.
Each + to your weapon makes it stronger, and at certain lvls your weapon will shine.
+3-4 = White Shine
+5-6 = Purple Shine
+7-8 = Gold Shine
+9 and higher = Blue Shine

I am farming a lvl 14 glav and I have a level 10 glav from a previous build that was my first and we won't get into how bad I "didn't" farm. Anyway, the glav has a +10% HP Blue and the other Regular stats are fair. Does the LuckyPowder add blues or just change regular wep stats? Or is this where Elixars come into play OR can you put a lucky powder in with a stone you have turned when you are getting ready to use it on a garment/assess/wep/shield? THanks.
