It's actualy pretty fun the way it is. I mean if your union or guild goes for a nice big trade you need to send scouts and have people all communicating to be succesful. Take the longer routes, having to stop the caravan if your scout finds some high lvl thieves in the area and hope they don't find you

I remember doing some 12 camel 4-5* runs when we were mostyl 30-50 and it was probably the most fun i've ever had in this game. Once a high lvl finds your group it becomes chaos >.> and some people still manage to make it.
And if they decide to put restriction then also would have to remove 1* immunity.
I'd like to see names removed while jobbing but that's just for pm spamming reasons. You get killed while jobbing well that's what happens when you put on a suit, no need to flame/spam/swear to the person only doing their part >.<
Someone mentioned on a diff post I believe....but also if they raised profits made then traders and hunters could make some decent cash for 25-40minute(average) trade run. But that's only cause prices are out of control now

which makes a measly around 100k or so minus pots not realy even worth risking for trade.
/edit~ Yea but with that new system you can already see flaws in it assuming it's the hunter npc one. People will still get 1* popped just takes trader+thief working together.
