I'm afraid there is no way that you can help people if you do not learn the ressurect skill. Sorry

It is a VERY useful skill to learn though, as you progress through the levels, when you get to a high level, you might just want to farm that extra bit of sp to learn the ressurect skill, even if you only learn it to a very low level.

Have fun.

I like killing traders and resing them just to die again. Before I get flamed, karma has got me back multiple times. It is just a game guys, have fun with it.

i personally think force tree is a waste, peeps lie on the ground all day go "ress me!!" "ressssssssssssssssssssssssssssss" "hey random high lvl looking dude ress me!" they do this when its probably faster to go back to town buy a horse and get back to your grinding spot
plus, id rather max out of element forces and weapon skills

Is there any difference - other than the obvious point of resurrection - in resurrecting back in town versus waiting for a player resurrection? XP loss, gold, anything....i have been killed a couple of times but it was by a mob and someone res'd me.

When the screen pops up asking if you want to res at the specified point of have player res, if you don't answer either way, can a player res you even if they try?

Don't you have to accept the res? If a person kept killing me and then res me to kill me again wouldn't I have some control over that?

You get a certain amount of XP back depending on the res level. And yes you must accept it. people are dumb and keep getting up only to die again, thats the problem

Thanks on the answer about XP Hito, I didn't really want to find out the results by getting killed but I figured maybe it must be something or some noob wouldn't be yelling RESSSSS PLEASSSEEEE as they lay on the bridge near the Exorcist's house only a stones throw from the Jangan gates instead of just resing back in town and running back again.

Oh, and I was afraid you were going to say people were dumb enough to answer yes to RES only to be killed over and over again. I think I might accept it once and then if I was popped again by the same guy, I wouldn't take his offer to RES again....lol but then again some people......

That is one way too look at it, your in dungeon with a group of friends they all look at it the same way as you do, one dies, you could ress them there. A useful skill for friends and random people, even if they yell it, Descency in you heat even if it is a game youc an show some kindness towards people who are annoying

force is a good skill tree for those who like to stick in a group instead of being a lonewolf. if two people in a group has res then they can res people all the time. it's good for guild/union wide trade runs and hunter/thief parties.

The force tree could be useful for things like GW. Someone with force could heal 4.4k hp on a player while he fights ^_^

That plus vigors muahhahah lol

i created a second character to help my main character. When I am bored I bring her in and have her go grind for drops=elements (hopefully SOX items) and I also skilled her with Force so she can RES players that die. Just something I did as a side diversion and it makes dead noobs happy.

And depending on the situation you might just get paid to RES. I had a thief offer me $10k to res them but I unfortunately was on my main character that doesn't have RES. Now would he have shorted me the $10k and instead popped me? Maybe but probably not...plus like I said, she is my grinding ho and getting killed, losing XP, and possibly deleveling with her aint no big deal.

The only thing I find hard about paying a trader who res'd me after the NPC thieves that spawned popped me (and granted I am extremely thankful he res'd me after he had to fight them all off) is that I have like close to 0 health after he res'd me I am potting and running to get away from mobs and I sure as heck don't want to get back over near the trader/caravan because sure enough a new group of NPC thieves is going to spawn. I try to make a note of the resser's name and catch up with him in town to give him $......I always post a verbal thank you on the spot.
