So what's the deal with this Critical thing? [screenshot]

I just traded myself this shield, and if this critical thing does what I think it does, it was really worth it...but I'm not quite sure what the Critical bonus does. Anyone care to explain?

It increases critical block ratio.

Yea its like parry and hit ratio, the more you have the less chance of crits you should take, I think thats anyway.

Of course it's good, but I thought it increased the number of crits you made - which would have been awesome.

lol oh, yea I thought that too when it came out, someone posted a ss with crit 100 on their shield, everyone was all "oh shit!" lol.

critical on shields. lessen the chance that will make a critical hit. i dont know if its the chance to make a crit hit or the actual crit damage that is lessen. im not really sure.

for the alchemy. you need the tablet of penetration/stone of penetration. useful for shield type build. blade and sword.
