My nuker...

Hi guys ! I want to make a nuker, i have a full int lightning sword, is it good? i hear that someguys make a spear nuker.. which do u prefer? can u tell me ur things?

Edit 1 : i am just using lightning... maybe should i take any others mastery?
edit 2 : i wear garment... with lightning, i moove 40% faster, is it a good idea?

Popular opinion says to use a spear for quests and grinding and then switch to sword+shield at higher levels for PvP. Either can be quite powerful, the difference as I see it is that to be very successful with a spear PvP you need a really good spear. With a sword you still need good damage, but blocking comes in and luck has a bit more of an influence.

ok... but i think i ll do quest with sword, i dont want to loose any mastery point in heuskal mastery

It also depends on what you like to use. What looks cooler? Would you rather block some attacks or hit harder? Are you willing to spend more money to buy weapons and shields?

i dont know... a nuker must make many dmg, and with a spear, i make more... but a nuker die fastelly, so a shield can be good... but I think i ll go with sword

Don't put ANY points into weapon skills untill you are 32+, use a spear till 32, then switch to sword/shield, this is to maximize levelling abilities.

In my opinion I think that a nuker should always have two nukes, so that one can come after the other. For example, after you fire your first nuke, you can fire the other while the first is still recharging.
And one more thing, you NEED must piercing force as a nuker, self explainitory..

no dude thats good for mobbing and also good for ganking someone in pvp while there fighting someone else... why i say that is all u gotta do when someons back to back nukin u hit a pot when hes charging the second nuke an hit another pot when hes done with that.. so quite useless to double nuke in pvp unless u know u can take up to 5 hits before sleepy time with the dead ppls

tezuka pure int is low hp an die really fast in 1 on 1 an trust me ull have lots of 1 on 1's in SRO. so from 1-35 work on nothing but straight int 35-40 do nothing but pure str then from 40 an up do a 2 int 1 str stat lvling this isnt by any means a hybrid build its better if ur a lvl 60 nuker who has done this with there char theyll also tell u not to many ppl will stand up to you.

Never touch STR, stick with INT 100% of the way.

u too my friend , how utterly stupid can you be ? pure int till 40 and then 2-1 ??? you're only killing your build then , making it weaker every level.

Pure is so much stronger than a hybrid and I don't believe you have a high lvl character that has done it the way you stated .

well, you can do it either way, but i don't think calling someone utterly stupid is the way to go about it. i think you just insulted every hybrid in the game right there.....

I'm lvl 38 with 70% phy balance and 81% mag balance with 95 str and 147 mag. I wear full prot 5th degree set and can take pure str users around my lvl.

Sure I may not have the best build around but its a game and I do what i want to have fun at a GAME. I switch to my 16 blk shield when my nukes are cooling down or when im running =x, so maybe u can try that :roll:
