Magical and Physical Attack the same.

Post by MrFudge »

what would you guys do if your magical and physical attack is the same and you're level 30.

like literally really really close to being equal.

x~260 physical
x~254 magical

withought restarting character.

since its only level 30 could you put every single point into strength and have a 2:1 build?

I'd probably add all into int personally but ur choice.

this concept is great if your not using special attack or an imbue. look at the damage that imbues do and the damage special attacks do. of the same level. the ratio 1.36 imbue to special attack. so imho you dont want even damage. you want damage to match what attacks your using.

the way i do this is when i level up, take all my gear off put an npc weapon on (i use a glaive) and make it to where the average of my phy damage times 1.36 is the average of my magical damage.

just my thoughts.

Point of order: Not a flame, but when don't you use either a special attack or an imbue?

@MrFudge - how are your stat points distributed now? If you've gone close to 1:1 you can still end up close to 60% str, 83%+ int at L80. I'd go all int. :D

lol those arent my stats it was just a random question.

but is it usual to have 2,000 hp 1,000 mp have a physical balance of 90% and magical of 50% and still have your magical attack higher than physical attack by 10 points?

its happening to a friend of mine and i dont understand whats wrong. hes almost lvl 30

sro is any int based game, this can be observed from imbue and the wep stats on any wep where magic damg is always greater than phy damg.
maybe ur full str friend is using an int based wep?

Mag attack on every weapon is higher as the phys attack.
but the difference between them is bigger with an int weapons and with a str weapon.

Full Str blader.

and those up there are the stats ^^^ that i have already mentioned.

magic 250
str 240

str balance 95%
int 40%

why???? is it always this way for full str? the magic still higher for the characters stats?

i know weapons always have higher magical damage but why the character?

With Pure Str, it's supposed to be that way. You gain more by adding Str, if you were to add Int, you would actually be weaker and have less HP.
