1-70 with 0 lvl Gap????

Any official figures on how much SP total from 1-70 with 0 lvl gap? Including quests rewards too if anyone know?

if u dont use any skill points til lvl 70 and u saved all the way to lvl 70 withot farming i am guessing probably 200k sp. but i think u should farm from lvl 1-24 and lvl 32-42 with a gap of 3 or 4
