Bow question

Hi all!

I'm starting with a new char and I will use bow with it, so what I want to ask is: does a archer needs STR of INT? what is most used? and better? And What skillz zo I need? thx!

int if you like dying a lot.
hybrid if you want to be mediocre in 1v1 but good as a part of a team.
str if you want to do ok in 1v1.
