Fifth time: Kill Black Robber Archer’s to obtain 100 expensive jewels
Reward:
537,000 exp, 50,000 SP exp, 94,000 gold

can i kill black robber bowmen to get the jewels instead of the archers?

Nope only archers.

You will be killing bowmen for the quest after that, and there aren't a lot of them to go around

is it 500k EXP for each 100 jewels?
or 500k exp total

When you have a multi part quest, the "reward" is for each part. So you would get 2.5 mil from cashing in the quests if it was 5 with 500k each.
