Yea I'm going to have to disagree with MD on plus 3 isn't hard to achieve. In some cases, a weapon can be very hard to plus 3. After spending 15 wep elixirs on a 52 glavie it never got to +3 and sometimes not even to +2. but yea I haven't seen the description for astral so I dont know

Im grateful for the advice.

My issue resides in a market that seeks real money for goods that have misleading descriptions then when you file a valid complaint your given nothing but unfounded excuses.

Im 46 years old, president of a corporation and a professional who treats people and customers with respect. I would apprecieate a little professionalism from this orgination.

While I dont think the guy has a valid complaint, I think he made it quite well. His request that his complaint be taken up with someone with decision making ability, to be provided with a contact,not the appropriate venue, etc was quite well done.

Of course, the big question is, will those things be provided?

He doesnt accept or want morningdew's opinion. He obviously thinks that SRO has some kind of customer service set up like most companies do. The engrish in this game IS misleading sometimes. No where on astral does it say it MIGHT fail. It implies that it will ALWAYS succeed. It doesnt say it "may be preserved" it says it "will be preserved".

It also doesnt say anywhere that all sales of silk are final and any refunds will result in your char being blocked.

I think ppl are so used to having NO ONE from JoyMax speak that anything at all is making them giddy. It's a start, but hardly adequate. I have seen words, but I have not seen a single action performed by JoyMax that resulted in any solution to any complaint.
