Restrictions on using image or link tags

I think there should be restrictions on when a user is able to post pics and clickabel links.
That way people couldn't click on links to those keylogger sites by 1 post members, or you won't get caught at work with a picture of a broad with a dildo up her you know what while browsing through srf.

Perhaps it is smart to put some warning when you press a link which is not related to this site. Something like:

You are now going to a site which is not related to this site, are you sure you want to open it?

And add certain allowed sites to the 'safe' sites.
