I've heard of compatibility problems with some xp games, so I'm not getting it yet. That, and it's too expensive.

i just bought a new laptop today and Vista is installed on it. I wouldn't buy the upgrade. But it looks better than XP.
could be because I'm in love with my laptop, who knows?

I got Media Center at the moment which is more than enough...
I'll prolly wait about six months or so because I heard there is bugs in it still.
Wonder if it will be the dominating OS?

Upgrading to Vista? At this moment? NO!
If it's really that amahzing I'll wait a few years so they fished most of the bugs out of it.

I heard it asks you for permission every time you want to open a program. It's just a rumor though.

Have fun playing sro. Oh wait you cant.
Nothing in "Unhackable". Every programmer knows that. Especially a multibillion dollar company like M$ with 1000's of different people working on the same thing.

the only reason i would recommend any one getting it would be if you have dual processors. and then ONLY if you're not using windows xp pro.
or if i comes with your new comp
like mine lol
edit:
btw LOL to anyone with dual processing and not running Windows NT, 2000, XP Pro
