like we normally would...IT GETS DISCONNECTED YOU MORONS.

retards...maybe if you knew anything, then you would know that the bot
programe cant handle the bot dying. so if you kill it or it kills itsself on
a bot-protector or killed buy to many monsters the bot gets disconnected
from the server....now normally its at this point that the bot automatically
logs back in using a "quick login" programe. but know seeing how we
have to enter in a code....most people who use bots active them and leave
them running...so they wont beable to log them back it..

So next time you morons post here thinking you know what your taling
about...well realise that you dont....because its apparent that you need
to learn about this game before you run your mouth off...morons.

those are for player bots....am not talking about player bots...am talking
about item/gold bots....if you dont know what am talking about then
go to websites like e-bay and see how people their see gold..oh and those
bots do get disconnected.

the main problem in this game is Gold/item bots and if you retards cant

It stops particular botters at some certain degree (And don't forget Brute Hacking). Don't blame JoyMax, blame botters, hackers, glitchers, etc. Because of them, they slow down the process of making Silkroad better and leaving JoyMax to muster up ways just to stop them.

Again, don't blame JoyMax. Blame those who constantly break JoyMax's rules, forcing JoyMax to dismiss making Silkroad more fun on their agenda.

On a side note, I love the verification image.

Well

in a nut shell they just dont have the time or resources (money) to close
down each iSRO server and give it the anti-bot service that it needs to
make it bot free.

hell when servers are down for even 20-30 mins for the weekly updates
most people bitch and moan and cry about it....so imagen what would
happen if they down the servers to properly update them...a long time

i think it needs to be done. but Joymax seem happy with these point less
stop gap messures..oh well

I think you all are making a bit of confusion,image code was never meant to stop all the botters,GMs aren't that crazy don't worry-

As nightbloom said there are two different kind of botts, the "player-bott" and the "gold-farmers" if you want to call them this way.

Image code will do nothing,and everyone knew that from the start, to a player bott cos they can just type it then go afk and can revive all they want if they die.

It is meant to stop "gold botters" becouse they run the game without client so can't see it ->can't logg on.

If it worked or not it's up to you to decide but remember that if you see a bounch of level 80 botting it has nothing to do with image code but if you se an army of "asdcasd" going to farm on low level mobs then yes it has failed.

Regardless, gold bots dont all have this behaviour either. I spent hours one night spawning monsters and running around getting them killed. More than half of them were back for more within minutes. And these were obvious gold bots - no imbue, self healing, high lvl for where they're farming, str with armor..

Man you really need to step away and realize that you are not all knowing. You regularly make a fool of yourself.

Try this if you're so sure about yourself. Go find a friend, a family member, your Mom perhaps. Have them read this thread through and then ask them what they think about your arguments, if they sound right or not.

The image verification combined with server traffic is horrible for us normal players. I actually gave up on getting in earlier which I've never done before. Usually If I'm persistent I get on in a few tries but now it's just painful.
The only logical reason to have it is to stop auto-reconnect scripts. These are mostly used by botters. It will have a small effect on them but it's certainly not going to stop them, or even come close.
The 3 times pw fail = lockout for 10 minutes, now that is too help stop brute forcing. However, it's as retarded as satman unless they implement the same sort of protection on their website. Have they? I'm not sure since I rarely login there.. but somehow I doubt it.

God please help me,to punish this non-brain Silkroad kiddy.I'm running the new clientless,it bypass the image code verification,and NO you moron my bots does NOT disconnect when they die.They just respawn back in town and do the same thing each time.Now you MORON,do you understand what people are trying to say? And again this does NOT stop clientless bot,it just stops them to auto relogin.But since i NEVER dc i'm fine.Next time PLEASE shut up.
