Relaxing the k"Keyboard hand"

Whenever I play for more than an hour my left arm(the arm that is doing all the work) gets tense and sore. Is there something I can do to prevent this from happening? Better chair, relax on pressing 1-6, etc.

Just have more brakes. If your arm is tired of the keyboard, let it rest while using the remote controll of the tv. If it's tired of the remote controll of the tv, let it rest while using the keyboard and so on.

If your seat is too low your arm can get tired from being held up so long. It should be set so you can rest your hand on the keyboard and have your arm at rest also.

also probably ur pressing the hotkeys 2 fast & 2much. Ea attack has its time limits. Slow ur fingers down. Dont spam the hotkeys
