buying lvl 24 bow with crit above 8 and it has to be + i cant afford a +5 so i was thinking about a +4 i have like 3 mil to spend !!!

Well.. it's a really really good crit, best I've seen on one in the server. So I tend to think it's worth more than your average 24+3 SoS Bow.

I've been stalling it at 8. I'll see if any guildmates want it and let you know if I can go lower.
