Nothing to fancy, just your basic mods. I don't have any raid/instance/bg aiding ones installed yet cuz I don't need them.

Is there any benefit, or is it all aesthetics? Cos I actually like how mine looks default compared to some of these screenies.

There's lots of benefit, just not from visual mods. Most are little things to make your life easier in WoW. Definate d/l is Titan mod. I myself like metamap/hud, one bag/bank, god there's just so many....><.

I use FuBar. It needs plugins though.

Most end up having you put a folder in Interface/Addons. Some have different instructions.

Too many I'd say. I try to keep it simple without changing the bulk of the interface, but might change at 70 and when raiding comes along.
