I remember this riddle from a long time ago lol.
Since there are only 2 barbers in town, they must have been the ones to cut each other's hair. The logician chose to go to the barber who gave the other the neater, and better haircut.

yeah, I've heard most of these riddles before, whether it be at school or riddle books, because we used to have a lot of those in stock.

Only a small percentage were the ones I did from books, most of them were taught to me from my 7th grade teacher, we used to do riddles every day inbetween maths and english, he was really cool.

Riddle # 43
Difficulty: Easy
Code: Select all
Here's one I remember from a long long time ago. There were a bunch of soldiers out on a dirt field, then came a small child with a stick, the small child drew a line in the dirt, and then told the nearest soldier "I bet you your horse that I can make this line longer without touching it with any object, and without blowing on it", the soldier laughed at him and accepted, the boy left the dirt fields riding a horse, how did he do it?

the kid didnt do the trick, but was actually on a horse before this, meaning he came in on a horse

He put the stick on the end of the line, making the line bigger. Not the line in the dirt.

Had this been any other riddle, I'm sure you would be right, but no, the boy did win the horse by making the line longer....how?
Edit 2- Kitty, please rephrase your answer so that it can be extremely clear.
