When you get ressed by someone you get some exp back???

yes, but a very small amount

on each skill level of res the exp you get back when you get ressed is increased.

I think with 3rd book of res you get 10% back of what you lost. With the first book being something like 2%.

3rd book is 20%, the best 3rd book (the best you can get) is 24% exp back.
