New updates means no more bots.....right?

Just writting this to say that i like the new update to the game, for
one reason and one reason only.
Now that we have to input a serise of symbols into a small screen, if a bot
dies and disconnects it can no longer log back into the game automaticaly
as bots normaly do...so the problem of bots is solved.

but...

i still wonder how long this will last, a few weeks, months or will this finaly
lead to the end of bots on SRO. I mean the main thing that gets me about
bots are 3 things:

1= why sell bots on the internet to people if your going to steal their
accounts, i mean WTF is that all about, you go through all the trouble
of making a website and a hack tool for the player to use only for you
to steal their account and make it into a bot..and then what, i mean what
would happen if evey SRO character was a bot, the problem is the retards
who sell and use bots are all 13 to 16 year old kids and are to stupid to
understand or even realise this

2= why try to make every character a bot, like i said before what happens
if one day every character is a bot, i bet then the retards will scrath their
head and say "daa why this happen...me bot a lot" (or something else even more retarded.)

3= What do you gain from hacking....well what???? a huge waste of time
and the acomplishment that your a stupid retard, and that you have no
life. plus most accounts found to be hacking on other MMO's have their
IP address reported and even suspended by their internet provider.

Now i know we have all heard this before, but?
On games like GuildWars bots who even try to log in automatically have
their accounts banned and IP address block. but what do we get here on
SRO...an stop gap messure. its so stupid and a huge waste of time.

Instead of having a system where AFK players are kicked after a while
to alone players to log on and stop those unactive players taking up
bandwidth...but what do we have??? a new server everyother week....why
i mean we just get the same morons on the forums crying for a new
server, they get one and everyone moves....and then a few weeks later
when that server gets full they yet again ask for a new one??

and now this new loging system is just a another temp system and as such
SRO have given us not what we needed, a proper program to stop bots.
but a system which lets face it.....bots will get around.

They want to be part of the cool high lvl people, but they don't want to do anything for it. If those people didn't played SRO, Joymax didn't had to put the whole verification code in the game in the first place. :\

I think your getting at hackers doing all this work for one account, but this is wrong.

The reason hackers do all this work is because they steal people accounts and turn them into bots in the mass.

So they dont just end up with one botting char at the end of the day, the end up with a server full

botters are plainly losers who want to achieve something they didn;t work for. leveling is achieving. the journey is much more rewarding than the destination. be a casual gamer or a hard core gamer, but never claim something you didn't work for. coz it's just a game.

i have botted when iSRObot was in beta and a few days after it went p2u, i looked at my char and said "shit this is not mine". then transferred server.

1st. such a website takes a few minutes to create.
Just say "Free bot" and put a keylogger into the download file, upload your page and your done.
And most of sro is already botting.

Suspending internet is just bullshit, ip ban is something else. and what do they gain from it. hack a lvl 80 char and you have pimped gear, good weapons and shitload of gold. maybe your lucky to get sox items, thats why people do it.

People complain about traffic, this is their solution
and it's a buisness act. active pro players buy another 1k silk and start to reach high lvl again. More money for them, less complaining for you

i'd seriously re-think what you said, as it's not true.

Speaking for myself (only being level38 ) i've been shat on constantly by most people above 40+, sro makes the claim that at level 20 "The Fun Begin's" .... you can hunt,theive or trade ..but can you at level 20?

high level's moan "there's no 2* and above,so we're forced to pop 1*'s" , and we're force to learn the lesson if we can't do a 1* star safely why the fu*k would we attempt a 2stars???!!

then take alook at hunting and theiving , higher levels will kill at "their" disgression... in simple you look lower leveled they'll kill you...

Now i know the hunting/theiving is a bold statement, and i have met a few higher level who have helped me rather than just kill me,but the MAJORITY won't care they'd rather kill you and move on than take the time to talk first.

bots are a way to bypass the perpetual "grinding" of the game,but not to become "one of the high level crowd"..


my personal theory to remove the need for "Players" who bot and play:
introduce a leveling system where by you have 5 levels either way you are allowed to attack/be attacked in job's

e.g. 35 can and can be attacked by 30-40 and no higher or lower.

thus removing this high level dominates all structure..

(now anyone 50+ is going to disagree with everything i've said... fairplay free of speech and all that.. )

Why should botters relogin after they die? Just noob botters get dc,the real botters are 24/7 on so they dont need noobish restart scripts.This image thingy just stop Farmbots that are getting runned by the clientless bot.Soon they will put the image code in the clientless bot,and u will need to type it manual.So this will "block" farmbots for couple days/weeks.

Player B:Average player,grind manually 2-3 hours a day, this give him more then enough time to hit the cap,to make a decent character,to enjoy the game and not affect real life at all.
