hi my name is JOHANN
i am 12 years old and my mother is si strikt.
I CAN GAME SRO JUST 30 MIN A DAY.
and after the 30 min i must always drink milk because there are witamins
sometimes i get milk fro my mum, if we don´t have milk at home.
my mum said that sro is dangerous because there is blood.
she said too that whan i game sro i will goig to kill other peoplei am going to be a treorist.
every day i go to bed at 17 pm.
i think that is good because my mum is carry about me.

Vitamins in milk?

AFAIK
Milk contains.
Water (biggest part)
Fat (unless skimmed milk, but that's ewwwwwwwww)
Sugar (mainly lactose, people without lactase can't digest milk and they get diarhea (sp?)
Proteins (3 kinds, 2 who are unsoluable (sp?) but with the help off the third they form micels which are soluable)
If breast milk: Drugs (pKa/pH dependant, if the mother takes them), Immunity thingies.

But no vitamins.

Actually I had a lab last year about milk. Milk is fun.

A) I decide to have fun instead of grinding

BTW vitamin D is added because natural milk doesn't contain it enough.

You can be punished by the law if you say the holocaust never happened in certain European countries.
