when you report too many botters...

everytime i see a botter, i make a screenshot of the botter and send the name of the botter (along w/ location, time, reason to believe for botting) through the Report Bug function on SRO website, had been doing this for about a month, filed around 80-100 botters. but i tried to report some botters today, apparently, to the database my account is only an empty account.

here is what happen when i try to report today:

Log into a server with your empty account and make a character. You need to do that before you can use functions on the website (forum, bug report, etc)

no i already have characters in SRO, hence my sig

and like i said, i have used this feature before to report botters

let me just log in again to make sure JM didn't erase my account, if they did, i give them the Korean War Part2

It's because of the forum update, Just login -> personal info -> choose your char from the list. And all will be fixed.

Make a new char,and then go to personal info and choose a char from the list.Do not use your own char to post at general forums,and to report ppl.

Im pretty sure its some glitch. I just logged in and out of Silkroad to see if my character is still there, and it was. Then I login to silkroadonline.net, and press the button "Change character name" - and I get the same error message as you. I know you cant change the characters name yet, but still there was a popup appearing before, not an error message.
