Difference betweek Original SRO vs Europe?

Hi guys, I've been playing silkroad for a few months until around November 2006 when they had the compensation event, my laptop can no longer play the game. I'm planning to get a desktop soon and I was just wonder, what is the difference between International Silkroad Online vs European Silkroad Online.

Are both games going to be combined together so your old characters from the original silkroad can be played on the european silkroad? Or do you have to make new accounts on european silkroad once it is launched internationally? I'm confused because the maps for Europe and Original Silkroad are connected to each other. So if when European silkroad comes out in the states, will you be able to play european characters and take them to places like donwhang, jangan and such?

Thanks guys, hopefully your answers will clarify my confusions.

Europe will be LEFT of the current map we have. You can teleport to Hotan, DW, Jangan and all of that just like now. Europe and Chinese chars can be in same place. It will be one big world!

yeah its all the same client, with an expansion. that's all euro is. an expansion.

thanks for the reply guys. one last question. so when europe comes out, where do new characters start at? in europe or china? Because, if this game has a max lvl of 150 as what i've heard, then wouldnt it need a place to put in new high lvl monsters or is the whole entire world like north america, africa, asia, australia, and those maps will come out when the lvl cap is maxed to 150.

if the cap even gets to 150 (joymax never announced anything people just assume because of the 300 mastery cap), there will not be australia or africa or north america etc.. Just in addition to europe there will be islam and "fantasy world" of heaven and all that. To answer the question about where the noobs for euro start at, its Constantinople, basically the european jang. Except in ksro, Constantinople is unbelievably empty most of the time, no stalls everywhere or anything.

and why cant you run sro on your laptop? i dont get the correlation between there being a compensation event and then all of a sudden your laptop wont run the game.
