I have not seen joymax use tht mass banning system since last year, why don't they use that more often? Maybe if they did it like once a week on maint there would prob be a decline in botters, people would prob stop botting if some major botters actualy got baned from that. Ever since they stopped banning mass botters they've come back alot and servers getting crowded again. But on the sro side I can understand why so little get's done, very little staff there are like 10+ servers to have to monitor and we don't know how many people are actualy working on this game all together, but how hard can it be to find "qualified" people to join a company.

I'm sure it's not as hard as dew is letting on, theres many people in america that could join that company or even move to korea if they were passionate about it, and advertising it more would help to, not just on the website, if anyone in america's seen advetisements outside of the site, fine, that's my bad I din't know but otherwise I don't think it's that much advertised.

IMO I think overall this game look's like it doesn't have the amount of staff to run something big like this has become, and they need to work on that, drastically, but they should also use what they have to improve the service, like that thing to ban botters, I don't know why there sending people to investigate botters now, I thought that's what that new thing's job was to do? GMs are like the voice of Joymax, our connection to the people who run the company, so it's natural for them to post & communicate to the people. If you're talking about the emotion an employee is showing, I'd say that's not in any way wrong or unprofessional. Sometimes we just really need to express ourselves before we lose our minds due to a mountain of problems and pressure. All they're asking for is "pls bear with us at the moment".

And i didn't say we don't need to complain about anything, I even made that clear on my first post that there's really something to complain about, in fact, there are many things >.< MorningDew is just posting that to assure the users or give an explanation of why it's not that easy.
