More damage

hi i need help. im a pure int sword fire and light. i was wondering, im either getting lion shout or soul cut. i was a hybrid on my previous character and soul cut did more. for pure int, which does more damage?

i would get shock lion, its a great skill for pure int.

lionshout is better, but its a great combo 2 do with soul cut.
