New problem...

I open up Silkroad, hit the start button in the launcher, and it says in an error message: "Please execute the 'Silkroad.exe'"

ya... u gotta have silkroad.exe to open silkroad. just reinstall

:\ I just tried reinstalling... Nothing changed. I'd love to start playing SilkRoad, but I can't if I can't get it to work!

did u move the silkroad file, 2 somewhere else. Cuz ur computer probably cant find it

okay... 1 last try, delete all silkroad files in your computer, including oging to add/remove and removing it, unistalling the joymax, files, then redownload client. And try reinstalling.

wait.. i think ur problem is your shortcuts. Go directly to silkroad.exe and it should open it.

Oddly enough, that's what my friend, who got me into Silkroad told me to do. Nothing.

where your silkroad under?
C:\Program Files\Silkroad ?

If u can find it, open the file
all u have to do is click
"silkroad online launcher"

and it should automatically open SRo for u

Thing is, this error is going off of the launcher. I dunno if I said that earlier.

Lets do reverse technology to find out ur problem

When u install SRO... what folder do u assign for installation...

For Eg - durin installation.. it wuld ask ur location... do u define it as c:/programfiles/silkroad (whatever i dont remember the entire path)or is it someting else???? :wink:
