Blader Lightning Question

Is there any reason for a blader to spend skill points on the Piercing Force Series?

On-topic: yes, it is. For such a low damage output, this buff increase the damage of your imbue. get it.

ok that helps a lot MegaMan. Cyndaine...not so much. Haha. So right now I have Bicheon, Flame, and Light all at around level 40. Any reason to get cold as my last mastry? The buff would add to my tanking abilities but I would have to get it to level 68 for it to make a difference. Is Frost Nova good for a blader?

lvl 60 cold can still make a difference. Also, I would think you would want to wait on that since a blader requires a lot of sp anyway to max out his whole KD and Stab trees....

very true, i kinda had it planned that I wouldnt go for a 3rd and 4th mastry till I max out fire and blade. But is there anything else in the Cold skill that could benefit a blader?

Well, yes.

The passive increases physical defence:

Level 10 - +2 phys. def
Level 20 - +5 phys. def
Level 30 - +8 phys. def
Level 40 - +12 phys. def
Level 50 - +18 phys def.
Level 60 - +42 phys. def <-- If you get cold, this is where you want to get it.

There is also the buff that increases physical defence, like the passive. the reason you would want to get ice to at least 60 is the massive increase in physical defence from the passive.
