Is it possible to change them?

Item mall, you can buy defence gender change scrolls. There are 3 different kinds that do different degrees.

Cant remember the silk costs atm
Cheapest does Degree 1-3
Medium does Degree 4-6
Last does Degree 7-9

There is a quest you get in the lower levels that will give you 1 basic gender change scroll that changes items from Degree 1-3
