[GREECE] SERVER TRADE #2
I'm not familiar with Ventrilo, we mostly used Teamspeak, sorry for the inconvenience.
And NukerX, that's another good idea. Buy the cheapest item, so that you get more stacks of those item. In case of thieves jacking the goods, they will have to pick up all those stacks and filling up their horse\camel's inventory quickly, and thus preventing them from picking any more goods after it's filled.
So buy the cheapest item. And again only 1 star.

uhm there are reasons that we've been using TS for many months. We even had many chances to visit other people on their Ventrilo and therefor got to see what Ventrilo is like, and Im not impressed compared to TS. And not to tell you off, but we have nothing to complain about the sound quality. In fact it's about the same as the quality I hear from my own cellphone. Why don't u just join that TS address I provided and get someone else there with you and u can listen to them and tell me if it's bad, just wait for when the serverrun started so that there are actually more people there, including myself.
On the TeamSpeak server, can everyone please, use the exact name here, as their character name in game? Thanks. It would make it much easier for us to tell who you are when the traderun starts.

The trade run went pretty well, although there was a communication barrier *alot of people din't listen to what was being said* but in the end 80% at least got their stuff to DW which was good, i'm pretty pleased with that. I din't take pics cause it was lagged as it was and I din't wanna crash, lol. But i'm sure many people fraped so should be an interesting video if it comes out.

I agree i thought it went very well. As for thiefs i only saw like 3-4 at most at a time and i also saw scattered scavengers, though im sure Cronus burnt thru 1/2 the servers supply of monster scrolls at hotan. Seemed like the thiefs werent as coordinated as the hunters.

80% made it? I'm pretty sure it was more like 70% or 60% didn't make it. There number of traders who actually made it to donwang is only a small fraction of all the traders that were there at the beginning. After the 1st and 2 wave of traders died at Dead Ravine, many did not come back. Of course, if they did come back they probably would have succeeded like the others did.
I wouldn't say the trade was a success.

The traderun is officially over between 1-2 hours ago. Most of the traders that followed JamesJ, our patchfinder, came through safely to DW. Sorry for all those who didn't make it.
Thanks to all hunters, traders and others that participated.
This was a huge improvement from last week.
As expected, we got many high lv player thieves after us. There were people using monsters summoning scrolls, I hope someone took screenshot and reported them. There were lag. And even more actions after the traderun officially was over.
The plan were changed few times. Most important change was that I decided to tell everyone to take maximum 2 stars not 1 star as planned.
Overall, Im satisfied
There are some names worth mentioning:
JamesJ
Brue
LordRipper (spell?)
Manowar
Aztek
Enzdor (spell?)
UNi
Guild: PureEntity, GermanChaos, EstrellaS, Unity, Endless, 4Play, Milk&Cereal, NightMare and more.

My own estimation is about 50% didn't make it (or 65% if im being very strict on this). As JamesJ led about 20 traders (his words) into DW, then he came back and led more traders into DW safely. And there were traders that went into DW ahead of him as well.
