Astral purchase level restriction : to intensify security
i wana add astral to my future lvl 72 spear which i havent found yet. but i don hav a credit card. so i request my REAL BESTFREN which i trust to quickly buy astral 8 deg so can add astral to my weapon once i found one be4 the update patch because he is lower then me by 14 lvls(he is lvl 56,i'm 70).
After the patch,do u think he still can add the astral tat he bought be4 the patch to my lvl 72 weapon?

no u can buy.. but the degree of the astral/imortal stone will be restricted acording to ur own lvl.. so only if the buyng silks char is 64+ can 8 degree astral/imo be bought
the word quickly means i wan him to buy the astral 8 deg while he still can(he is lvl 56 only) to reserve the astral for me be4 the update patch. i havent found a suitable spear yet so now currently i cant tell him to add astral yet.

Well I really don't know, but I'm only assuming since males can buy the female items and vice versa, and I don't know if anyone has tested it but I'm pretty sure level <5 can buy monkeys or tickets.
Oh and if it is restricted to buy, and not to use, couldn't a ccfer make like 500 ccf accounts today and then still be able to use them? I think they should of either done it without warning, or make it so you can't use at a level, not you can't buy (perhaps both so idiots don't buy it when it clearly says you can't use it). Although having done it without warning would of still been the best solution because I can imagine tons of astral/immortal being sold between now (when the update was announced) to when it actually happens.
well imo.. you can buy astrals/immos at your lvl.. e.g you want to buy lvl 6 astrals/immos so you need to be lvl 42 to start buying astrals/immos.. get my drift? so what? ccfers will have to bot accounts to lvl 64 to buy lvl8 astrals/immos..
my 2 cents.. i dunno if you guys got that though.. xD

I agree, it was kinda stupid to announce it before hand, but at least they are actually doing something about it.
Shouldn't we be able to buy ast/imt like 1d lower than the astral? Because, people generally prepare their weapons before they use them. Example, I'm level 58 right now, but at level 56 I prepared by level 60 weapon. When I start using that I will probably start preparing my 64 weapon.

I think we've already had the skills update, they are now just having a facelift.
* Restriction level = first weapon available per degree - 5 levels
Example: To purchase 8th degree Magic Stone of Astral, a user must at least be 64 (first weapon available for 8th degree) - 5 = 59 levels or higher.
so its quite simple: if you want to use a degree stone, you have to be at least 5 lvls lower then the first available item off that degree

i wonder what the improved spear fanning series will be...
they improved it already, so that it became more usefull... now they announce its still inefficient... i realy wonder what they are gonna pull through now
