As I saw in every skill tree, and read in some guides, Flower Bloom Blade and Blood blade force require Bicheon Mastery lvl 19. The question is: does these skills require something else? Must character be of some particular lvl? Well, what I mean is, I am lvl 19, my Bicheon mastery is at lvl 20, and yet I can't see anywhere something that would unlock these skills for me.
Could anyone point me to an answer please?

if you have the bicheon mastery at lvl 20..you can see those icons. when you have the required sp for the skill you will see underneath an icon the button 'add' click it and click confirm and you have the skill.
I guess you dont have enough sp (skill points) for the skill yet =)
