I cant get quest for lv 71 & 72, please help

I am lv 73 now, but for some reason, all the 70+ quests are not avaiable for me? when i talk to the NPC for the quest, nothing is avaiable. is this a bug? does some one have the same problem? or is there some quest needs to be done before i can get the quest???

PLEASE HELP, I'm lving slow like a ..... giant turtle thats with one broken leg.

there already are quests for lvl 70+ ? :shock:

Do the 65 fish quest all 7 times.

a lot of the new quests are linked with the ice shade quest.

1) you need to have done the ice shade quest to do the lvl65 fish quest
2) i think you need to do the lvl65 fish quest to get the 71 and 72 quest (not sure)

so go back and do the ice shade quest

Funny thing is.. ishade quest is linked to the red scorpion quest :roll:

It's like Red scropion > Ishade > 7x Kara .... then I dunno I currently doind the 2nd part to the kara's where i collect 300 red devil eyes. SO yeah. Either ...

Scorp > Ishade > Kara > lvl 71 quest.
---OR---
Scorp > Ishade > Kara > 2nd Bet > lvl 71 quest.
