Yeah there is! I'm having a little trouble finding it though, im in need of it myself to. But im sure ive seen one once.

Found one in the guides section
unfortunately the rooms are not labled, but least can see the diff lvls there

I never understood that map, more confusing then anything else in this game

I soo want to level up and enter the caves!

Will take about 100K of SP-grinding in time, and then 40-5x of leveling

well for the directions i cant help you there, as i dont remember it

but just go and explore
