I have lvl 15 lightning right now, and im at lvl 19, how should i put my skill points so that i hit wolf thunderbolt quick, but don't make my other skills too weak, and what lvl do average players need to be before getting wolf thunderbolt?

I'm assuming you're asking how you should distribute your lightning so that you can get the lightning nuke (wolfs thunderbolt)

List your other mastery levels for other skill trees and i'll be able to answer the question. I honestly can't answer the question without that information.

If you have 1 more skill, level up your lightning to 1 point below your character level, or the same (only levelling core skills) that should let you level fast and get it as soon as you hit level 30.

I hope that your a pure int char, coz if your somewhat hybrid many weapon skills will do more dmg.
