Durability Questioooon.....

so i bought a glavie 60+5 for 20MIL (crit 12 mind u

) with dura 60% (100%) increase and on top of it was a Max.dura reduced to 48%. what the hell does that mean? does this mean it was reduced once the 60% was added?? im

Yes it means exactly what you think it does. The dura has been decreased first and then increased with some %'s again. (Blue vs red)
So in the end it has durability shown as 1 durability xx/xx.

yeah, this is the "formula":

(Added Durability)
Base Durability + Durability Increase(blue) = Durability

(Durability Reduced)
Durability (BD+DI) - Max.Durability Reduced = Final Durability
