Quest guide states
Level 64 - Baeksong's letter
NPC: Donwhang South Gate Guard BAEKSONG
Step1: Talk to Jangan Islam merchant ISHYAK
Step2: Talk to Hotan Stable merchant SALIHAP
Step3: Return to BAEKSONG (only gives 5 players quest one day)
Trouble is cant get Baeksong to talk to me
The trader in Jangan wont either nor the stable guy in Hotan
When they say only gives 5 players quest a day
do they mean (In Game) day or real Life day?
I would appreciate any helpful comments plz

Baeksong's Quest
I had same problem. Just keep going back there every day or so, and eventually you'll see the "scroll" symbol that tells you he has a quest for you.
I think it's very Real Life day, the first 5 ppl get the quest but I may be wrong
