What would you do Guild leaders?

i miss the days when i was in noobie guild ..
ah me and like 5 guys used every day to go explore , murder , try to find out something new .. its was very nice days .. i was fulled with excitement every day when i go and try to kill earth ghost while i am 17 only .. and when i kill it OMG i did it ..
later i became leader of that noobie guild .. but i disbaned it .. i hate being guild leader .. at the end .. ur fellow will want to be like u .. have there own guilds .. so i dont want to be in that way

too bad when u try to join a nice low lvl guy to ur guild and other high lvl find he is a noob so they ignore him ... no one comment on what he says .. no one helps him .. this become sick ..

You say no one and why dont guild leader help him..?
And is sick of the others who not try at least to help or talk to low lvl´s when the become a guild member..

Being a guild leader takes a lot of responsibilities. But you know it lightens your load when you share those loads with some of your trusted friends in your guild.
1. we made our own guild website
2. we rotate leadership so anybody trusted enough can experience how to be GUILD MASTER.
3. Be an example to your guildies.
4. set trade runs, escort them as possible and dont expect things in return. They will soon realize your need of help from them.
5. Give some acknowledgements on their accomplishments and promotions...
6. and most importantly...TALK TO THEM...
