1.I dont think you can(at least in the US) unless you give it to your friend and they buy it for you.

2.Buy dragon flags from other people, buy identity cards from either others or special npc sellers.

Lol your dad knows and won't tell you dang i wished my dad played Silkroad. Anyways I think you buff and then make a stall, and after the buff wears off your holding your weapon.
