you can get them from any monster. they drop in boxes, but these boxes are bigger than normal, have a golden color and are shinny lol.
the weapons or equipments, of the sostar series supposedly are +5 of a normal weapon. the somoon are +10 of a normal weapon and sosun is +15 of a normal weapon. so these items are rare and expensive.
