Ks in cave = summon war

i cant wait for update.... get out of the caves..

as soon as someone starts ksing, it turns into a huge summon war :banghead:

wasted about an hour GT time :/

anyone else getting this on their server?

Troy seems to have adopted this. One time some 66 was in a bug room by himself. Pure int. first he would ks whenever he ran out of things. So I started killing everything before he could. I figured he was a bot though

. I soon found out he wasnt when he spawned a 6 mob scroll of the 0. I first phantomed away and he started fighting two. so i decided to drag them all on him and he had to run out haha. so to piss him off i kept killing the bugs and just dodging the 0. so he then started killing bugs again. then he spawned 10-15 scrolls on top of me, filling the entire bug room lol. probably made him mad i didnt die :roll:

. then i ran into the power room, he tried a couple on there, and gave up.

Then some 68-70 is killing powers in the same room a couple days later. She had her own corner but would always help herself to the ones i was fighting if she happened to be in range. So for a couple minutes after getting tired of her i do it back, knocking them down since she is glavie. afterwards i was about to return so i went in the hallway. i was typing so i didnt use the scroll yet, she comes next to me and uses 5 8mob scrolls right in the hall lol. i dont die but then she drags them on someone else in the room.

Between this kinda stuff and the massive scroll popping going on, im kinda tired of them. they should have them only able to attack and be attacked by people in the party of the summoner. or something like that, because they are being abused much more then before. first it was sticking them on a bridge, or outside a gate in the event earlier this year. Now its being abused soooooo much. When used correctly they are definately fun though

How is a massive summon war a waste of xp? Monsters from those scrolls give alot of XP. Do ou avoid giants when you're using GT?

He probably meant the spawns killed him and he lost xp or whatever.

It depends when you play, I don't have any of that stuff but then nobody can ks me anyway lol

i like to see you take on about 60 strong earth warriors... theres nothing u can do apart from run into another room..

I think its pretty safe to say that all servers have adopted this.... and its really quite annoying. The Reborn guilds on Eldorado have developed a name for doing this.

It's a waste of pots big time. I only bring 150 HP when I go grind. With strongs to deal with, it just uses them up like candy, so annoying.

that happens a lot in xian caves. i have gold ticket too, but i think that summons are funny, all running and trying to not die

this morning i was in one of the soldiers big rooms, i got dc and when i logged in the room was crowded of summoned mobs... i almost died, but i got fast the door and i ran away too with the others LOL

Join an exp share party, your GT will pause.

Its such a waste to spawn like 10 scrolls on someone just to kill them.
On venice monster scrolls still sell for 100-150k. Iv had random people come up to do it on me, yet not relizing im even a blader lol.

i've died 20+ times for ksing newbs in the caves, some have even flat out pk'ed me. since im farming i don't care, its more funny than anything else.

Yes, I've noticed this behavior too on Troy. I guess people are getting tired of walking through the caves, finally finding a small empty corner to grind in, and then 5 minutes later find themselves surrounded by other players who don't give a rat's ass about the room being full already, and just KSing the hell out of everybody.

Now, summoning on an active player of this level is usually a waste of scrolls and gold of course. More often than not they will fantom walk away, and the others in the room are none too happy with the summoner since those monsters will roam about. I personally don't summon on KSers; I save my scrolls for botters or union power leveling (like last night; 20 of us with 3 64+ and a couple of 50+ taking out strong shades for 3 hours

).

Honestly, I think this is the best fun way to use a summon scroll.

It is totally boring getting bombarded by noobs wanting party as you're into 3-4 "0" strong mobs :roll:

Spawn them on ksers they deserve it :wink:

I've spawned on botters while i was on a friends char, use about 3 scrolls in a 4 man party gets enough to pown them, it's great fun, it's funny to see lvl 70's get owned by 6 earth ghost warriors, lol.

Ah,I got spawned on too when I was in that small room of..blue and orange mobs (can't remember what their name is now x_x)
Not gonna say any names but 2 noobtards spawned earth ghost warriors on me. First time I got away and when I asked why she/he spawned just said lol..then the other guy came and spawned on me, my comp lagged and I died - no gt. Both of them likes to ks too..probably needed the room for themselves.
I don't mind if they spawn on botters,go ahead. But spawning on me like that just ticked me off. Can't wait until takla opens so I can go grind on worms instead.. <.<

well its atleast an alternative. The worst thing ever was i went to yetis since cave was full. this guy was spawning devil yeti scrolls on me, which i laughed at him and walked through them. but i was trying to grind on devil yetis and i kept getting confused why my nukes did so little to their health only to notice they were strong ones lol. it was so frustrating having to pay attention to their names.

I had fun with scrolls though. we spawned 250 black tigers under hotan last night twice. it was insane but it was fun watching your gold increase like nuts afterwards. They are awesome things, i just wish people didnt abuse them. But eh, everyone abuses everything, cant do much about it i guess.

I dunno about u guys but I think the summon scrolls are great for killing botters.

True enough I have gotten idiots like King_Sade summon mobs on me in Eldorado for no good reason but the most I've gotten is a dead dog which is cheaper to revive than the scrolls he spends trying to irritate other pple.

lol yeah, a little while ago, i was ksing TigraGirl and she summoned so many mobs and ended up being the only 1 to die in nachal room kakakakka,
