why go hybrid?
1. hybrid str glaiver does more damage than a full str glaiver.
2. hybrid str glaiver will kill a full str glaiver with equivalent equipment (assuming the full str glaiver does not crit twice)
3. hybrid str glaiver has higher magical defense which will help them against nukers. its a tradeoff to more physical defense however, since a hybrid's imbue damage is higher i will still be able to compete.
i asked how much int i should add. i didn't ask whether or not i should stick to full str.

bob, I have a friend whos just like you, a full str glavier who eventually steer towards int, making himself a hybrid... he start to steer since lvl 30++ hes now lvl 50. and i am lvl 47. We did a pvp once... when he was 48 and i was 45 with the 3 lvl diff, i can in no way compete with him as a full int. FYI, that time, i was using a SoS +3 spear and he was using a +4 plain spear(yes, u heard me right, not glavie but spear). He can 1 hit me anitime, BAM i am dead. at lvl 80, he would b a 1:3 int base hybrid.
So for those who disagree with a hybrid, they could b wrong.. i am not a pro... i might b wrong as well. i quite think int hybrid do alrite.. but not str hybrid.
Back to your question, i don't think you should steer to b an hybrid... due to the reason that you are already lvl 55. If you are lvl 30ish i might agree with you doing so. If you steer now, it would make you an STR hybrid. Reasons being:
1) Str hybrid still takes as much damage from full int making but due to the lack of hp, they r more vulnarable. (watch black_mamba's video and you know how can a full int be a nightmare at lategame)
2) Str hybrid, do less damage than a full int, much lesser but deal slightly more than a full str only...
3) more gold to spend. hybrid get the good of both world yes... you need both a glavie and spear. Glavie to go against int and spear to go against str.
(Glavie does not help imbue much and spear minimise your weapon skills damage output)
If you really want to steer for the mp i would say go ahead... but not for the magical defense... as.. 30points wont help u that much...
