1) hi. i was thinking of making a new character and i want to make a pure str fire bower with light buffs. i heard this build has one of the most strongest physical attacks in the game like devil arrow and strong-bow vision. so if this is true ill get those moves for sure.
2) second i want to know whos seen the devil arrow in action. does it do alot and what is the animation like? devil arrow is 3rd book of berserker arrow btw.

dont listen to him, you NEED light for grasswalk. get fire for buffs (good buffs for pure str) and imbue. and get light for grasswalk. the bow skills are up to you as i have never played a bower to any decent level

are you serious? you really think you can play without grasswalk...
you will be the slowest mofo ever, wotn be able to catch anyone, and everyone will catch you, and since you are a bower and you wont be able to run fast, you will get pwned every time.
bowers may have range, but they are also not good close up fighting, so they need to be able to RUN away, and you cant run away without grasswalk, it would be like walking away.
especially at higher levels you will get completely pwned with no grasswalk.
so unless you plan on using moving speed scrolls your entire sro career, you best get some farkin lightning mastery.

Dude im sorry but to be honest, you don't sound like you've played this game before. Anyways, lightning tree is the one you will use a lot of, theoretically if the cap was 150, you would put 150 in a weapon and probably 150 in either light or fire because of the buffs.

if you have EVER jobbed without grasswalk, then wow your very patient.
I wish all thiefs didnt have grasswalk, lol. AND The buffs are very important. One of the plus sides on archer is long range, but if you run at snails pace, that is almost pointless.

What you said about light is false. I have played a str bower before, and everyone who has should already know that light is a neccesity. Bow players have that high HP pool, yes, but they can not tank as good a str glaiver (who has the HP passive) or bladers (shield). In proper pvp, you dont just stand there and fire arrows at them until they come towards you and annhialate you, use mobility. There are times when you need to momentarily fall back to regroup, or stay alive for that matter. Yes, the eventual level cap will be 150, and for a str bower, 150bow, 90fire and 60light would suffice. You need it for the buffs, too. If everybody has it, that means it is most likely a good skill. Uniqueness doesnt neccesarily mean superiority.

First of all calm down, second I'm sorry to say but people who listen to are gonna suck because the advice you give, whether its grasswalk is not needed, or that fully farmed bladers need only 5k SP is just idiotic. And actually I have played archer, but only to level 20-30 because they weren't really my style. Anyways to grind effectively and to job effectively any build needs grasswalk, which is in the light tree.
