Murder status and some questions on weapon skill

Post by shewla »

Hi!

Just want to check, I was doing caped fight the other day and there is this character who kept putting on and taking off her cape. What is she trying to do, get someone murder status?

I am a pure int sword shiled user, I find the weapon skills to be nothing more than a backup skills as they just don't do enough damage as compared to nukes and lion shout. They are somethat effective when fighting mobs but totally ineffective when pvp.

I have lightning and bicheon same level, my nukes and lion shout could take out someone of same level (not pure str) but if I go and use knockdown and stab or some other weapon skill, I ended up dying all the time.

To the first question: yes, he/she may be trying to get someone murder status, although that is a shrewd way of going about it.

When you are pure int, weapon skills alone do very little damage. You must combine them with an imbue, at which point you will find that they are far from ineffective.

Yah that's a pretty lame way to get someone murder. But weapon skills+imube for a pure INT does almost as much damage as a nuke. For example I think if i used billow chain+fire imbue, the stacked damage is greater than my nuke.

one is four combo and the other is five combo :D

the only difference i have noticed, apart from 1 extra hit, is the way it is executed. Like one makes your char "jump up" and the other your char "spins".... lol i think :banghead: dont really pay that much attention to them lol i just use them
