wherever you got that definition, it's incorrect. In latin based languages, the official definition of a verb when phrased like that would be "to lay waste to" because it's an unconjugated verb. Take that! lol

a) This country is crawling with white people as well as other Nationalities.... However, you have no need to be ignorant. This is a multi-cultural country with a MUCH better attitude than that of yourself.

b) If any country sucks its the States. I'm sorry but anyone who willingly lives in a country that is led by that warmongerer George Bush, sucks; I make very few exceptions for people in the states depending on their attitude. And the fact that you say and I quote "Canada Sucks" when you were only in one lil area of a town or city and be so stupid as to ask if there are white people in the country, shows that your attitude sucks and needs to be corrected.
