Looks like you're hacked. lol
A reason why SRO never improved, it came from our beloved SRO seniors.
Had given my account to my Guildmate, raising a new char.

did u try to restart? Nice to know it happened to someone besides me.
McCain, he (Barack Obama) said, will soon "be accusing me of being a secret communist because I shared my toys in kindergarten."
It's happened to me before and my best guess is that it's a problem due mostly to lag and connection issues.
The person that is accessing it now is you, because most likely your client tried to log you back in to the main screen before you were completely logged out (i.e. lag).
I've gotten a similar error that said "SRO needs to be shut down because it is being run improperly or something to that extent" which happened when I switched accounts and tried to log-in.
I don't think you've been hacked.

It's usually when the game updates its files and yours are not up to date. Usually though, it's when changes are made and not everyone gets the DC to reupdate, like tonight. I'm still on 1.078 as are many.
A restart doesn't work because the game is looking for something specific, so you get that error. You have to close down SRO completely, relaunch the starter and get the update.
