Anyways about 5 months ago I playes SRO for awile and when I quit I just said I would have fun at level 16 and quit the game.
Anyways, at the level 16 I got my highest mastery to 12 and it remains so. And I only have 2.5k sp.
HELP! Shoudl I restart or help me continue on this account?

lol, well .. i would continue on this account until you begin to understand the game better. make this account a "decoy" account if i may.
or
you could use this account to WhIlE you learn as you go to make it stronger (to do this, read forums, ask for help, etc...)
or
you could just restart, but i see no point since you are not that high of a lvl .... yet.
i would sugest to continue to use this account until you get a feel for the game, that is what i did, and it helped ... tremendously

and a tip: try not to become hybrid on your first character, meaning dont keep equalling out your stat points (Int/Str) make the balances of one greater (review this by using the search button, haha)
